I require a retainer fee to officially reserve your date. Because I can only take on one wedding or event per time slot, that retainer secures my time exclusively for you and means I turn down all other inquiries for that day. Because of that, retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable, but they do go straight toward your final balance.

If you ever need to cancel or change your date, just let me know as soon as possible! While the retainer won't be refunded, any other payments you've made will be released.
